Ive been to Thailand 3 or 4 times, Cambodia and seen the comaian temples, bought and given away several pictures painted by Elephants, got in a water fight in a Thai bar during the Thai water fest a few years back. 

I personally have made far more on appreciation in RE tha I ever did on cash flow and I have at one time owned 350 mid west cash flow rentals.
