Currently, I use USAA, USAA, Navy Federal, and US bank all of them have stated once you get to six you need to start paying them down.Question to BP, "Are there mortgage companies that allow you to go past six?"

What affect does the Navy have on the market down in those areas?

I'm Enlisted Navy, and stationed in Norfolk until 2023.
