As to commercial loans, just for clarification for readers who may think that if they loan money to an LLC with a personal guarantee that they are doing a commercial loan, that is not correct, loans are classified by the collateral taken, a loan on a single family dweiing (1-4) to an LLC is a residential loan, not a commercial loan.

PowerbuyerIf you have a business e-mail you can include that, if your e-mail address is datwakydude@ xxxx.net, don't use it.Now, I'm not a professional marketing type or writer, but...IMOAn introduction about you is a waste of time for the reader, I can see who the letter is from, I'm not asking for a date, I'm giving information and requesting action.
