I'm hoping someone here has a good recommendation for a property manager that services the French Quarter.My father and mother-in-law live Uptown and have a one bedroom rental unit in the French Quarter that until recently they have managed themselves. 

@Justin Young I have built my network via BP, using my local real estate club, FB, and my active duty Navy network of people.

Repairs are also quite low, I had a French Drain installed last year from the back yard to the front, and total cost was $800.00.

I will generally keep the people around that will answer service calls promptly and offer fair rates.3) As far as loans in this area, I'd suggest Langley Federal, Navy Federal, or USAA.

I got notice today from the bank (Navy Federal Credit Union) that I have to close in the next 2 weeks and the notary MUST meet us to close at the physical property address.

I'm a regional director for a healthcare company, most stressful job I've ever had, I feel like I've aged 25 years in 1 year lol. and @Scott French I managed to get out of school debt free, not even a car payment or credit card... lots of part time jobs, even worked nights at target... which blew by the way.
