Hi everyone,I've been a casual reader on bigger pockets for a short while now and would like to introduce myself. 

Hey everyone, long time listener, poster and reader - first time investor. 

Somewhere on this forum there is a reader shaking their head saying dangit I'm caught. 

In my experience, it's intended to compel a reader to take a certain action, usually to call or go to website.For decades I've mailed business to business, which is tricky because it first has to get by a secretary, someone who "filters" the mail by sorting and trashing junk before presenting to my target reader.Mailing to a consumer is a different matter.

What I was trying to say is that in order to accomplish the things that people are saying in the posts relies on certain assumptions about the readers.

Readers in the forums might want to seek out those podcasts if something said in the post resonates with them, and as it stands now there is no way to know if that person has been a guest on the podcast.

Cash is also scarce.I'd like the feedback of the readers of this forum.

On the positive I found 265 dollars in cash in 1 dollars bills in a closet in a readers digest hard cover I almost threw out, but a dollar fell out and I stopped just in the nick of time before it hit the trash.

I think readers are better served on BP with some of the older members, that have actual knowledge and experience, that will jump in and curb the marketeers, especially those who are new and have not proven thier expertise in detail, simply making claims as to "how to" especially when they are offering "coaching" or "programs" for a fee.
