.- Creating a presence in the local market and working with other investors / realtors.

However, I think by supplementing the shortage of mailers with driving for dollars and bandit signs along with my online presence and a few other free ideas I have, I think I can come up with 1 deal. 

I know Fountain has a military renting presence and it seems to be more on the SF side.

@Jeff Alwine -  I'm doing it, - I self shows on empty units using a lockbox system and text notifications - self walk through inspections (I e-mail them the sheet and request they return it filled out with supporting pictures and video)- Move out inspections require a physical presence, so we request they take TONS of pictures and video. 

I'm sure it's possible... but having a physical presence is really important for student rentals.

With this will be the dismantling of the ubiquitous U.S. presence throughout the world in the form of 1) global military bases, 2) satellite regimes propped up with 'foreign aid,' and 3) wars and other covert activities to promote U.S. interests.What concerns me with the dismantling of the U.S. empire is that other interests (most particularly our largest creditor) will fill the void through military escalation, leapfrogging the U.S. in naval capabilities, and will begin to exert its muscle just as the U.S. recedes.
