We hope to start building a portfolio of rental properties over the next 10 years that will help fund our kids' college tuition, and then eventually supplement our retirement income.

My goal is passive income through fully managed rental properties to supplement my income.

When I got accepted to nursing school later that same year, I decided to buy a rental to help supplement my income.

The ultimate goal of most of the investors I talk with is increasing cash flow to supplement (and eventually replace) their income and earn back their time.

Although, I have a stock portfolio that has been mildly profitable and I have supplemented my income with stock sales.

I'm looking to learn the ins and outs of the business and to decide if this is a viable path to supplement (and possibly replace) my full time job as an operations manager for FedEx Ground.
