The funny thing is, at the footer of her email was a huge disclaimer from her loan office stating that email is unsecure and sensitive messages, which include social security numbers should not be sent via this email address.Are RE agents and Loan officers required to maintain some type of compartmental security of sensitive information they receive via federal or state guidelines or is it just implied that they are securing your sensitive data?

It's part of the listing information provided by the host because the host either provides it directly or it can easily be implied from the total transaction cost (e.g. $1,000) divided by the cost per day (e.g. $100) (gee, sounds like ten days to me), with the cost per day and total transaction cost provided by the host and guest.As for the rights of AirBnB users to not have governments access their data: Sorry, but the law is against you.

Please add more specifics for more specific helpful advice.i.e. goals (short term/long term, capital accumulation, more immediate cashflow, etc), do you need to rely on rental income or is your current income stable, etc.Otherwise, it's kinda like going to a personal trainer and saying "how do I get in shape", only for them to help you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger (30 yrs ago), when you really wanted to train to be a professional swimmer. ...muscle density sinks, by the way
