Surely we can agree that in 16 waking hours (assuming 8 hours of sleep), President Trump can spare five or ten minutes to directly communicate with his Tweeter Followers!!!!  

They'll want to see up to 2 yrs documented income and if lot of is bonus or commission they won't always count all of it.Unless your commission takes you to where you don't need loans or you have time to spare I'd reconsider....Commerical once you get to that point is doffent and has to do with property itself but I think you need to be able to show assets or networth inline with what your asking to borrow.

But in apartments surely, practicality militates thinking compact rather than cavernous.  

There is a cabinet in my garage with common spare parts like agitator dogs, circulation fans, thermostats, thermocouples, thermal switches, heating elements, capacitors, relays, etc. 

Will let the ground settle for a year for compaction.

If you are looking for a backup to the electronic lock in case the battery dies, just put a lockbox with a spare key on the property and only give the combination out to someone if the lock doesn't work.
