If you are just starting off I'd agree that it is going to be quite hard to wholesale, but as with anything I think if you immerse yourself into the subject, prepare yourself, study, research and have an I WILL DO THIS attitude, anything can be done.

I like your attitude mike and I think a good deal of tenants would respect you for that quaility you have, some would not and you could argue that if they dont respect that then they are not the kind of tenants you want to have, but it is nice to give a little if it means having a stable long term tenant even if he did hire a plumber before consulting with me, and he said he would pay the $150 bill, the story finaly got cleared up.
