The listing only went up about a *month* after the work was completed, despite my prompting 3 days after the work was done.They listed it for more than I thought was appropriate without consulting me.They sent me a marketing report every other week telling me the level of activity.  

House prices are taking advantage of the lack of demand and the rise is feeding the hope that appreciation will continue and prompting buying, its 2008 all over again.Maybe building a house would leader to a fairer price?

Won't recording the deed prompt the current mortgage holder to want their money?

I promptly had my attorney send him a letter detailing why I should not have to do such repairs.

Tenant wrote to the management company / us, "I was advised by Heather Olson that I would receive my deposit money back promptly as soon as I moved out but have yet to receive it.
