While this alone should be enough to give you pause, when you consider the rampant attitude and marketing throughout liberalism that liberals are smarter (remember how they found George Bush got better grades than John Kerry and Kerry was still portrayed as the intellectual?)

In any event, you should continue documenting everything and be prepared for the possibility of a lawsuit given your landlord's attitude and demeanor towards you.

@Jessica Hinman this is great I don't know what all the complaining and kick the people out attitude is.I had 2 new construction homes in a sub of 14 I built and these are nice 400k homes I lived in one for 2 years..

Humbug attitude and that needs to change.  

There are THOUSANDS of people that have similar attitudes about money. 

I approach the lease with the attitude that the house is the tenant's home, but my it is my responsibility.
