I will spare the story behind these places but my most memorable things included:Someone sleeping naked on a sofa in the middle of the living room (in the middle of the day).A house that had used (that is stained and dirty) underwear hanging from the dining room chandelier and used "feminine" products just thrown on the bathroom floor.PS I love the pics...

The particular portfolio lender I use, counted my rental income right away, and also the $1550/month I get from renting out the spare rooms in my primary residence towards my income :)Get a list of every small bank in the town where you're investing in and find out if they have interest in doing loans on residential properties that they will be keeping on their books.

The rent would easily cover the refinance/lien payment with cash to spare.2.

I have a dozen single family homes all cash flowing nicely, but I'm about to run out of spare cash to buy and need a partner.

I became a landlord somewhat by accident and know next to nothing about how it works. l own a home and rented out my spare rooms to three other girls while I lived here.

I’d need a side hustle that I could do from home or from my work truck in my spare time.My question to you is: do you know of any side hustle jobs that would allow me to work on MY time and from wherever?
