On my projects for instance I schedule the demo in the morning and then the plumber has to be there at 1:00 p.m. to either install the tub, shower pan and valve which normally takes about 2-3 hours.

Here was our order: had furnaces and condensers replaced, removed old carpet, demo-ed 1000 sq ft of tile on main floor, painted upstairs, tiled laundry, half bath, master bath and upstairs bath, tiled master bath shower, carpeted upstairs and master downstairs, painted downstairs and kitchen cabinets, installed engineered hardwood, installed granite, had plumber come to plumb the shower and kitchen.

If your building is older and you want to convert say 40 1 beds out of 50 units into 2 beds and then have 10 1 beds you could be made to bring things up to code.People just think of demo costs and a little restructuring.
