@Christine Mwai sit down and tell the agent exactly how you feel. stop with the "subtle hints" the agent is not a mind reader.

We have a lot of blog readers but again they seem to be people curious about the market and not buyers. 

I think you should consider where you plan on drawing your readers.

I think a lot depends on whether the reader is a 'big picture person' or a 'detail person'.A 'big picture person' will look at the overall and see the value in the concept, the idea, the whole mindset of a real estate investor and won't get so bogged down with the details of the book.
