Persistence and consistence is key.

It may take 25, 50, 100 meetings but it'll happen if you persist.

One guy was persistent in trying to hook me as a client by having to pay upfront fees.

General tip for online auctions: be super persistent.

Get a great deal under contract, due your homework then due it again, and persistently and professionally market yourself and you will find the money.
