So, to those who post that something can or can't be done, unless you are throughly knowledgable with the subject matter, please ask it as a question or make it obvious that it is an opinion, otherwise it is taken as implied, as being factual.

This could be construed as an implied agency with the seller (creating a dual agency), which may or may not be legal in the state you're in and opens up the agent to additional liability (for no gain).
