I do not know much about the Chinese RE market but I do know that their is a lot of Chinese money investing here in America.

My significant other is Serbian, and like others said, it will go a LONG way if you have someone on your staff is also Serbian, it's only natural that we feel more comfortable with someone who we identify with culturally.
