Crime, drugs, prostitution, blight, property damage etc.....The fact that it makes you uncomfortable to talk honestly about the facts says more about you than the person using the terms.

Turned out their party planning business was a call center for prostitutes. 

Drugs, gambling, prostitution all pay in cash (I have had all the above submit applications).

Prostitutes become Nuns.  

The prostitute "worked" for a rich guy in the city with connections, so there was a chance that they would fight it and actually have decent representation.

You could have a clean owner occupIed block of homes then go two blocks up and see open drug deals in the daylight everyone drunk and prostitution .a lot of cities are like that .

FWIW, I don't really have a problem with citizens doing anything they want that doesn't hurt someone else - I'm OK with people smoking crack or going to prostitutes if it's all voluntary - but I do have a problem with the government acting as a proponent for these activities.

It might be that I don’t see all the landlords that carry but I know 4. 3 of those are on my streets...the rough drug/prostitute areas.

My boyfriend works EMS and this knowledge has came in handy - he knew the street my "deal" was on was a hangout for local prostitutes.

You could stay at a high-end room in vegas for that much money for a night.You mention renting by the hour. . . the only hotels that I know of that do that are SEX motels, rife with prostitution and drugs.
