I think that is too high for 100 items (some of it is large like a mattress, dresser, chairs)...I am looking for someone local at this point to trash out and I can provide a dumpster for around $500.Thanks for sharing your experience.

The health concerns are to the public good, not to limit the hair dresser's rights to earn a living.

We have had people burn a large portion of a living room rug, smash televisions, allow a pet to chew up a dresser in our pet free home, and puncture holes on the inside of the refrigerator.

Matching dressers, matching couches, love seats, beds, tables, chairs, coffee tables, end tables, TV's, microwave, fake plants, rugs. 

While a retail drug operation may be required to be in a store front, you might check on personal services, massages, hair dresser, etc. can usually be performed in ones home with few restrictions (usually limited signage and parking and by appointment only!)

My best friend is one of the best dressers I know.

It literally has what a college house would have, a bed, a cube/dresser, kitchen ware from a thrift store, and a couch and sofa, brand new, blinds, some curtains.

Worst part was that there was a dresser in front of the window that was open.

If you have to choose between a dresser and a king bed, go for the bed, though.
