., after they moved out, they couldn't claim that they didn't know they needed to vent the bathroom (mold), or not keep piles of cardboard stored inside (roaches), etc.But, I didn't add addenda, because we did inspections twice a year looking for these things with our quick inspections, so it just didn't seem necessary.

Bum's don't even sleep in the open, yes there "roof" may be cardboard but point is, EVERYONE needs and wants a roof over there head.
