., after they moved out, they couldn't claim that they didn't know they needed to vent the bathroom (mold), or not keep piles of cardboard stored inside (roaches), etc.But, I didn't add addenda, because we did inspections twice a year looking for these things with our quick inspections, so it just didn't seem necessary.

Also work trash(cardboard from contracting job) They were all alone in the back for a wile and I think they must have taken out their own trash and have on occasion actually done it. 

Tell him to feel free to treat the personal property if appropriate (example, roaches love cardboard so if there are cardboard boxes, spray the outside of them.

They were otherwise wonderful tenants, though, so we weren't too hard on them, but bugged them to get rid of some stuff every year or so.Something to keep in mind, is that cardboard is a favorite breeding stuff for cockroaches.

Bum's don't even sleep in the open, yes there "roof" may be cardboard but point is, EVERYONE needs and wants a roof over there head.
