If you need recommendations, I would go to your local Ace hardware and check the business card board which they will have towards the front of the store and then ask the manger who they recommend for each project you need done.

Some will say the get broken and are a waste but for ~$15 a window, it's a much better alternative than having your tenants nail a blanket or tape cardboard boxes over you windows.

Make a template from cardboard and take that with to a countertop fabricator.
