Candles – TENANT(S) are required to monitor any lite candles or incense.

If you are juggling the concern of security, just burn the candle at both ends and find deals nights/weekends.  

They cannot hold a candle to a custom solution, buildium or appfolio.

We also include rules about candles, decorative holiday lights, storage of flammable and hazardous materials, smoke and CO detectors, fireworks, portable heaters, extension cords, electrical safety, egress, excessive cluttter and hoarding, and our no-smoking policy. 

They might burn candles all over and ruin the carpets and burn countertops.

I've been in NuSkin, and exposed to Amway, Herbalife, and any number of candle and nutritional MLM's.  

Often it is cologne, perfume or something in a chunky, small and heavy bottle.  

In our case it was carpeting in the master bedroom that the tenant ruined with candles that we replaced with laminate.

And in the real estate case I would struggle to assemble the evidence needed in an audit defense, especially as I live in Asia.I need to consider whether the game is worth the candle, so to say.
