They have a pretty fast rental turnaround and an in-house handyman that gives the best prices for repairs that I have found, his bids are much lower than any one else's that is probably the biggest cost as an owner is not the monthly fee as you do get what you pay for.

I work for a Hard Money Lender, so it's been my experience that you must make sure to go with a lender that doe snot do LTC (Loan-to-Cost) as this will not allow for you to not borrow on the ARV.
