Your right, most turnkey providers can't get multiple offers on the MLS because the majority of their inventory is undesirable.  

These buyers don't need to make a profit on their rehab and Cache Valley is DIY central.If you are intent on finding something here, you need to work your network or get out and pound the pavement. 

I think in the bigger pockets podcast #200, they talk about getting control of your life, and follow through, which they used the example of losing 10 pounds- you need to show dedication and make a real change in order to do so.

While my wife was there today she collected all the rents (our tenants prefer to put their checks in a lock box in the laundry room) and she drained out 2 pounds of quarters!

Does anyone have recommendations for neighborhoods within NYC or close-by New Jersey that are a combination of affordable but not totally undesirable?
