Hi guys-I rented out a 400 sq feet studio apartment about a month ago, and today my tenant says there's a musty smell in the studio, likely indicating the presence of mold.

Then identify what things on that list either aren't the highest and best use of your time, and what items would be easy to delegate to an online VA - because those specific activities don't require your physical presence. - Piggybacking on my previous comment - have an idea in mind if you plan to use your VA to interact with clients or just do admin behind the scenes.

Look at this guy, he has a podcast, he has written a book, he has an online presence…he has to be legit, right?!?

Even though they will not employ many people (100 to 150 employees at an average salary of $65,000), the presence of Google is huge.
