What has happened in Bakersfield is that since the recession, we have learned that we cannot rely on the oil and agriculture sectors alone, like we had in the past, and we started to diversify into other industries. 

Given the strong healthcare and education sectors, employment opportunities remain steady, promoting steady rental demand.

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.

However, Cleveland has had significant economic diversification with development in healthcare, higher education, and technology sectors.

- JaredArizona’s booming tourism sector broke records again last year, with visitors spending $24.4 billion in 2018 and generating more than $1 billion in revenue for the state.

The other weekends where I'm not traveling for work or leisure, I am home for some R&R...Rest and Real Estate!

I'm also exploring options outside of construction, but I don't see myself straying far from the real estate sector.  

It will disrupt the office sector and create less opportunity over the long-term (and short-term for landlords of companies who are not going to make it).

The long term effects will be an economic restructuring similar to what this country faced in the 1980's with the manufacturing sector.

Aside from the flap with the Russian reset button, she's flown under the radar when the current administration has pulled it's biggest blunders.Now she has every excuse to bail at her leisure.
