It had very nice finishes, granite counter tops, garden level windows let in lots of natural light, new paint and carpet, modern sliding doors, tasteful bathroom (granite, rock floor in shower, high quality tile in shower, fancy sink), and huge, 1400 sf 2-br 1-ba.

Provide your full contact info, and details of where/how rents are to be paid, and any other pertinent info...handyman to call, or new gardener to expect, or whatever.Request confirmation of tenant's contact info as provided you (lots of luck actually getting new info...), but you need to document this!
