You will have to verify everything just like any other RE investment.So as your question implies you won't find many of the most experienced and savvy investors buying retail TK provider homes.

Also -- Steve & David -- let me add this (for your feedback)When I mentioned that mortgages held with for-profit companies/individuals would be "wiped out" at the purchase of a Tax Deed -- I did not want to imply that it was automatic or immediate!!!  

(Which implies that it's been a while since that conviction, of course.)

I think I may have worded it that way but I was implying doing a joint venture.

When I listened to the podcast with the CEO of Roofstock, he seemed to imply that the prices listed are very fair and while there can be negotiations, that wouldn't be much room. 

That would imply the same factor causes opposite results in two different markets.

Someone implied that I did not know what I was referring to. 

.- LS uses a catch phrase "Real Estate is Easy, People are difficult" implying that RE is easy, you just need to be able to deal with various temperaments of various people involved in the sealing of a deal.

But I understand where you're coming from, if it's implied then maybe one could consider it fraud?
