Hi Andy- In true BP fashion, I had some investors contact me and offer help- some of it very useful.

So either show the house in a good fashion or dont show at all, keep them on record, who knows, maybe a year down the road they are still (again) interested...but dont waste a house tour when the house is dirty.Btw: Its really bad how some people can live like that!

I am old fashioned where I just have paper applications sitting there and they take them with when they leave if they are interested.

For a turnkey company to exist and sustain, they need a market where there is positive [monthly] cash flow and enough inventory to work on in a revolving fashion.

Grow in a controlled and smart fashion.

Just good old fashion information, relationship building, and learning by doing.

If I knew then what I know now, I would not have gone to school and studied "Fashion Design."

If I made enough to pay my investors back in a timely fashion, learned the process and gained real knowledge and experience and was left with enough money buy a beer at the end of the day, maybe it's worth it.

I have the bad tendency of getting into 'analysis paralysis,' reading anything and everything I find in a rather random and roundabout fashion, so I was hoping someone had some good things for me to read that can put me on the fast track to making a move in the near future.

I'm probably either (A) old-fashioned, (B) short-sighted with money, or (C) too low-risk to answer this question with a genuine consideration of both perspectives.
