I believe I am not responsible to return any security deposit, but I was trying to be nice and give him $50, but the tenant threatened to take legal action, so I just told the tenant to have his attorney call me.The lease stated that the tenant is required to give a 30 days notice and the tenant can not use the security deposit as last month rent.
