See I operate in a tough crime ridden area where people lie, cheat, steal and manipulate everything.

So far all I have seen is manipulation and simply wrong SEO.

If you are concerned about these folks being manipulators I would always have a witness along with you for any visits to the property.When you go and assess the issues, have a handyman review, I would be civil and upfront with them.

I can, in the same way, fault all agents for the few that will manipulate their unsuspecting clients...
