Renting is completely reasonable and is no different than any other add-on service.

You could do a member managed LLC and add one of your children, father or mother.

The first purchase is of course just the beginning of a long list of add on's.

Not something the newbies would care about or be able to execute, but very useful stuff for a guy like me who had just completed a Reg D and will be doing another offering soon.As always, the real networking happens after the meeting at the bar.My vote would be, as it always is, to add on to one of these meetings instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.

You might even find a place, probably outside a subdivision, that has a garage apartment or the space to add one.

Nativity figurines 12 miles.....nativity figurines 8 miles, nativity figurines next exit...It seems unlikely people will buy only one figurine of the set, and small indoor ones in Costco go for some big money during the holiday season.And it won't compete with your existing inventory for sales, it's an add on line of merchandise.Just my 2 cents.
