I think the only term I remember that crossed cultural boundaries was "ROI"...lol If you have any questions on terminology, don't hesitate to ask here.

While the margins are slimmer the cultures is amazing (can you tell I miss it :( )

We also would enjoy living in other parts of the world for a year or two so that the kids can live in a completely different culture and learn a new language.We enjoy our jobs and what we do....it's all about finding the right company and making a difference in the area we live in.

Is there a general problem you have noticed or is it the culture of the board somehow?

It alleviates concerns over market competition and we can focus more on the similarities and differences of our business models, systems and strategies rather than discussions around specific markets, prices, climates, cultures, etc.We have 3 members so far.
