Most of them have come through relationships I've built with people here on BiggerPockets.It hasn't cost me anything.So, it sounds like you and I are in pretty much in the same position, though I have tens of thousands of extra dollars in my pocket.Again, many of us aren't saying that Renatus is a scam or wouldn't work for certain people -- our point is that the people it will generally work for (those with motivation, intelligence and persistence), can also make it work just as easily without spending lots of money.I'm proof of that...
