Lawn / garden care, pool care etc?

Oh, it had it's French Quarter back and the Garden District was nice again but any other area still had a lot of vacant houses.

We do not allow smoking anywhere on our premises, whether it is tobacco, marijuana, or moss off the trees, we don't allow it.

I've noticed that several Olive Gardens use it.

Of course I've had hundreds tell me how much they love to garden...I think that must be slang for smoking pot.

The larger the number of units the better the positive cash flow.Dollar-for-dollar, multi-units are less expensive that single family homes and dollar-for-dollar you make a much higher  ROI.One roof to repair, one tax bill, one gardener and one trip to collect the rents.Multi-unit properties have both present and future income that is unbelievable.

Cabinets, in 7 years, and garden structures like fence in 15years.I'm pretty confident the above is accurate and logical.

And your state's extension office indicates small items may be frozen to sterilize them (but it looks like 0 degrees): http://www.extension.umn.edu/garden/insects/find/c...I would look at treating any attics, crawlspaces, and garages, too.

I know this is tough when you are occupying the home, but take some time to "declutter" (note, your home seems far from cluttered... from a marketing standpoint, declutter means "remove personal items like family photos and cat tree") and try to take photos of the home as if you were selling it (full rooms, yard, patio, garden, etc).  

They will cover the garden variety premises liability claim, but not reckless or intentional misconduct.
