So I would recommend looking at private investors at the outset on the equity side, that way you do not have the ticking clock of debt payments (although you could let interest accrue and pay on the back end if you can get someone/lender to go for that).

Out of curiosity, how many posting here that OPM to the max is the best way to go had/have large portfolios of highly leveraged properties during the 2001 and especially the 2008 crashes that survived and you still own and how did you manage it so that you did not go under during the crashes?

There are many ways to accrue that seed capital, but you are limited only by the viability of your investment on paper.

About a year later the other flipper listed it for sale and out of curiosity I scheduled an appointment to see it.
