Would disability count towards stability of income to help qualify for VA home loan?

IF your husband has 10% or more service connected disability, he doesn't have any VA funding fee.  

What I mean by this is giving them a 20 dollar a week allowance but taking 25% for taxes, creative surprise costs like disabling the door knob to their bedroom etc etc.

To be more specific I wish anyone providing Affordable housing for low income elderly, people with disabilities or helping transition people from homelessness would follow a Posting that one can learn from mistakes of others and get inspired by successes.We are a real estate investment association that meets each month to do the same thing that is being done here on Bigger Pockets but, again I like what you are doing better.  

i had a seller call me on friday wanting to short sell his property because he can no longer afford to keep it as he can't work and is physically disabled. is there a way I can wholesale it from the bank to buyer or do I need proof of funds?

Since we are both 100% disabled veterans, we each get the 100% property tax exemption and we currently don't pay properties taxes on our primary residence.

Life insurance also has protections for divorce, bankruptcy, and taxes while you are alive, and there are living benefits if you are to become disabled, or get cancer, or lose a limb.  

I have service connected disability compensation but in no way does it hinder me!
