we got a 3 day notice to vacate from another tenant (an inherited tenant), and then found out my step daughter wanted to quit school and that potentially was going to leave another of our rentals vacant. 

It is our first destination when we start traveling without our daughter (now 17).

In the past I have refused to communicate with parents and told them that all further communication with only be with their son or daughter.

I make it clear that the apartment is MAX 3 people and the daughter had to visit only. 

He was really excited about the place but he did lie on the applction about ever being evicted but has cancer and wants to get a nice house for his daughter which he has custody of every other week.YaY or Nah?

So the details: My agent helped me find this property off-market, the previous owner had just passed and left the property to her daughter and she wanted to just get out from it and move on; its a little bit of a hoarder house (the before pics was taken halfway thru demo so doesn't show how much crap was there!)
