My wife, daughter and I are moving to TX to serve and get a little more training at the village church.

She has two daughters, they just rented the house 4 months ago.  

My wife and daughter found a dehydrated rat in a kitchen wall during a demo.

So the details: My agent helped me find this property off-market, the previous owner had just passed and left the property to her daughter and she wanted to just get out from it and move on; its a little bit of a hoarder house (the before pics was taken halfway thru demo so doesn't show how much crap was there!)

I'm looking for a good real estate agent for my daughter who is buying her first home (as her personal residence, not as an investment per se). 

My daughter is interested in house hacking and I would like to help her out. 

You don't want a situation to occur where daughter gives notice and moves, but now dad has possession (with whom you have no legal contract) and is not paying rent. 

I'm thinking about purchasing my mother's home as my family consisting of me, my husband and daughter have been living in it and paying the mortgage the last 4 years.
