A lot of people really love the hands-on approach, or even want to do some of the rehab themselves in pseudo-flip fashion.

Standard, old fashioned 401K for way, way down the line if/when you need it, and for tax benefits now. 

They may not have alot of training resources, but on the flip side, you may be able to shadow another agent and get some old fashion OJT! 

By issuing out $$$$ in some form or fashion. 

However, if you do not continue school, you should be spending 10+ hours a day working in some fashion to save up money.
