Some people just don't want to change themselves even if they want the results that change will give them.Yes, I have a social media presence, but I wouldn't say that it is big.  

Key is constant Skype communications.From Accounting to Digital presence at around 8-15 dollars an hour depending on their skills and experience. 

Also, for those that have direct booking sites and a strong VRBO presence the comp numbers come in lower on Airdna.

Didn't know @Avery Carl and STS has a presence in Myrtle Beach too.

Mike,San Antonio is a great city and has a large military presence.

Or, are you satisfied with just having a web presence?

Also, I wanted to follow up on @Wade Wisner suggestion and throw in Virginia Beach, or all of Hampton Roads, to look into as it is a market with a huge military presence. 

Targeting tech professionals is advantageous due to their higher income and frequency of business trips.There are a lot of tech companies with large presences in Raleigh.

You should also consider Charleston, SC (pop and job growth, big military presence, Volvo and Boeing as well as a teaching medical university) and Green Bay, WI (just voted #1 place in US to live).
