We do everything in a controlled fashion, it depends on what else we have going on and how long we would be vacant if they tenant left upon increase.I don't know where I read it, but we have it in our lease as like a customer loyalty program where if they renew the increase is only $15 of $20 a month for the renewal, depending on the area and size.
