I’m currently house hacking in arguably the nicest part of the city (CWE) but a lot of other areas of the city are nice too depending on what you mean. the inner ring suburbs of the county are usually considered nicer but tend to be higher priced but they will also have small commercial multi families.

So, like everyone who wants your money, this guy answers his phone on the first ring and he sets what I thought was an appointment to meet with him.

Just get a google voice number and you can set it up to ring / text into multiple numbers.

Strongly considering greater Disney World/Orlando area for STR specifically in Champions Gate/Windsor Hills areas.

Also, most people know that the half-ring means you just Sly Dialed them.

By that I mean don't go spending all of your marketing dollars on one or two batches of mailers and expect the phone to start ringing off the hook.
