hey guys One way to manage your property is outsourcing it to a management company, but i feel like nobody will manage your property as good as you, but only if you actually know how to do it right. And if you don't that could be a big mess.to me property management can actually  be broken to 2 subjects, property maintenance and managing tenants. placing good systems for both of them can do a lot.what i'm looking for is more of HOW THE OPERATION WORKS  and NOT who is your plumber type of information . what will be your key tips to someone who wants to do it the right way on those 2 subjects ?
