I doubt I will have to move forward with an eviction, if anything we will agree on a move out date, they will pay last month rent and I keep security deposit.

They were mostly utilitarian, bordering on junky or downright outdated.

After the notice is filed, a sheriff will contact me in 2-3 weeks to set a move out date for the tenant. 

However, it has become overridden with scammers and spammers, plus it's hard to navigate and outdated. 

The websites that are out there seem to only offer partial or outdated info. 

And most of these homes are relatively low quality or outdated.

Based off my assessment of your air bnb listing overall it needs updates , it looks outdated.

I am working with my brother in Alleghany County, but much of the information we find is outdated or is based on national averages, which is useless since Pittsburgh is a city with below-average homes and many blighted homes. 

Other listings on Zillow for the same sort of apartment are renting for $1000/month but they’re also a bit outdated, which is probably why they’re still up for rent.
