I'm pretty conservative by nature, so I'm not too worried about getting into a bidding frenzy, but the added emphasis on it will be a good reminder if I get carried away.

I'll continue with emphasis on the part about starting off with true "Private Money" - friends, relatives, neighbors, your dentist, folks you know who aren't necessarily in it for the profits (but who wouldn't mind . . .),  and starting with one property.

Why would they limit themselves to be involved with one source who is not even selling product at this time instead of being used on a global basis with other companies that are up and running already?
