Does this ring true?

I did read Rich Dad and that statement was what has been ringing in my mind.

The closest ring makes the most money.

It's kind of like getting your engagement ring appraised for insurance.

I am sure a craigslist post looking for someone would get the phone ringing in a pinch.I doubt we have any city ordinances here but I'm adding this to my list of things to figure out during my due diligence.

The bubbles coming from around the toilet bolts suggest a bad wax ring on that toilet as well.

My husband asked me why the sudden urge to redo half of the house.. my reply " this guy is good, charges a great price and I am getting all my stuff done before he gets super busy".. he has been  doing this kind of work for about 5 years now on his own, and for 0 years with Champion remodeling and is busy ,but he has that golden tri facta we as landlords/ and investors are all looking for, honest, sober, great work, and a great price..I am almost reluctant to give his number out due to purchasing some investment properties in the spring and I will need him, but will let him know in advance when I need him back..if you would be interested in his information let me know and I will send it out after the first of the year..  

Im on duty at the fire station one night, and my phone rings.  

When the agent accepted my offer she also said, "Boy the phone is ringing off the hook with agents making cash offers!  

I don't want to ring my own bell but in order to tell the other side of the story......
