no problem. i called the ones that angie mentioned, but did not leave a message after going through the prompts. i also called the guy that Kelly sent over (thank you), who works for Chase. he said that it's weird what the other 2 brokers told me as he saw "no problem working on a loan like this". he asked to see a summary of all mortgages/types of homes/ballances/purchase price/date.should hear back tomorrow and will report back.

That said, she responded to me promptly and got me out to see the home so I felt I should write my offer with her.I explained to her that this would not be an owner occupied property and that I would be using a hard money loan from dohardmoney.com.
