For example, we have a SS unit facility for sale - a family "Mom and Pop" SS facility in TN, near TN/NC/GA border, in an unrestricted area outside city limits but near tons of tourism/retirement communities.

It borders Detroit river, has multiple riverfront parks and their own recreation center as well as borders Grosse Pointe.

I’m in the Milwaukee area, not as familiar with the areas you’re looking in, but I know several people who have been very successful in the Beloit area and along the Wisconsin/Illinois border.

My partner and i have a new rental just across the border in N.

Hey folks,Currently own a 1 acre land in the RDU area, NC (at the border of Chapel Hill/Durham, more specifically).

But just last year moved across the border to Indiana.

Mostly covering the smaller city’s between Rockford and the Wisconsin border ?  

As a Canadian, I am looking for information as to what the process is regarding  purchase, cross border taxation on revenues, US mortgages, private versus business/corporate arrangement, etc.

Right now we live in a great neighborhood in Indian Land SC, right across the NC/SC border.
