@Bryan O.While what is best will depend on your objective, here are some considerations: If you want access to bank checks, a debit card and/or the ability to ACH funds out, you will need a bank, credit union etc. rather than a brokerage.

A week to week can be written to give the tenant 30 days notice instead of the 10 days minimum required by law, and to accept pre-paid rent so you're not cashing weekly checks.
