Inspections are required when sold, (technically a different inspection - but it's the same cost and qualifies at the rental inspection, even done by a different person than the rental inspection [or was before they outsourced the inspections {more corruption - another story}}), before a new tenant moves in (never hold up a move in because of the inspection, not being done. as long as you have called in- that was the quote from the city council when they started this BS program), or every 2 years from the last inspection.

The 800 customer service number is outsourced to 3rd world country, where they got instructions to reply with only one phrase "Nothing can be done at this point, and I cannot connect your call through to anybody else."

I'm not sure why your GL policy would require you to outsource design to a professional unless they are considering the structural engineer to be the professional they are referring to.
